Realizing the current developments within Europe where the request of tolerance skills does play a bigger role than ever before on the one hand, and where the request of soft-skills in job placements or job offers is a non-neglectable skill to bring into the application process on the other hand, it does need to be ensured that young people with and without disadvantages in the age of 14 to 25 are not forgotten.
Art as an essential first discussion topic
Going to museums and exhibitions to look at artwork, photos and graphs to build tolerance among young people is not a method and/or approach commonly used, and that's what makes this project so innovative.
